To launch ALDI’s highly anticipated cashier-less flagship store in Utrecht, the retailer needed to overcome shopper hesitation and drive rapid adoption.
We produced a vibrant, multi-channel campaign across TV, digital, and in-store screens that strategically demystified the complex technology, replacing technical friction with a relatable, human-centric narrative.
Our work generated immense launch awareness and high initial foot traffic, providing ALDI with the critical consumer adoption data needed to validate the pilot and evolve their autonomous retail strategy across Europe.
