To drive rapid adoption of Netto’s checkout-free "Pick&Go" store in Munich, we needed to overcome consumer hesitation toward AI technology. We produced an authentic, bilingual testimonial campaign that humanized the computer-vision experience by focusing on everyday convenience rather than the tech itself.
This targeted rollout generated immediate high foot traffic, transforming the Munich pilot into a major commercial success. This momentum paved the way for Netto to scale the concept into Europe’s largest autonomous supermarket in Regensburg.
